LIST OF COLORADO ART AND CRAFT SHOWS

Mile High on the Cheap best resource for fall art and craft shows; they add Craft Shows to their menu in the fall; the site is a good resource for all starving artists and crafters.

ZAPP since 2004, a universal online arts application from the Western States Arts Federation (WESTAF); apply to multiple art shows using standard application for all shows and upload images for juried shows for free. Go to the Advanced Filter under the Events Calendar and scroll to Colorado to get Colorado Art Events by month. Applications deadlines and event start and end dates are noted on the calendar. How handy is that?

If you see artists or crafters at a show that you like, go to their websites and see if they have a list of other shows where they will be. Theirs is a more qualified listing and less hit or miss. No sense in doing research that has already been done by other crafters.

OTHER INTERESTING CRAFT SITES

The Artful Crafter – first mentioned in September 13, 2016 blog post, Eileen covers all crafts and gives helpful advice on how to promote yourself.

Yarnia – if you are frustrated with yarn choices as explained in August 17, 2017 post, this little online post just might have the answer you are looking for.
